This example shows clearly the response of viewers to postings for links, videos, status, and photos. A "promoted" link won the click-through count and that makes sense as the audience was the biggest.

Before this graph was available I was guessing about the day and time when my audience was online. With this graph you can see what day and time your audience is most likely to be logged in to Facebook.

You can drill down to each post's response from your audience. A summary of the post, the date and time of the post, viewership and their response. In this example I had 3 links, 1 video and 1 status posting, all public. The video that was promoted drew the largest viewership.

Try this option! It is an inexpensive way to reach a larger audience. Click on the BOOST button and you will have the options shown here: audience and budget. If you select the audience option to choose your target it will give you the option to select your audience by state. This has been an effective tool for my business related posts and very rewarding for non-business posts that I occasionally publish such as the Pakistani freedom youth, Malala.
