What are Facebook Groups?
Groups are to be used as a focused community of people who are sharing information about a specific topic such as skiing, baking, wood working, politics, religion, horses, etc. Businesses often use this feature to connect with clients or employees and business affiliates.
Explore Groups

You will find the GROUPS quick link on the left margin of your Facebook page under EXPLORE.
Create a Group
Name your group and add the names of people that you wish to invite to join the group. Select the correct level of privacy.
Business owners might create a SECRET group for employees or business affiliates to share product and event planning information. This information is visible only to the members of the group.
Or they might create a CLOSED group for high interest clients to share special pricing for products and services through the year. The name of the group and the name of the members who belong to the group are the only pieces of information that are visible to non-members.
Church and schools might create a PUBLIC group to have content fully viewable by the public at large to encourage participation and improve transparency and communications.
