How to Create a Post
Google My Business continues to make improvements for main street business owners. Below is a screenshot of the process for creating a post.
Step 1 - Choose one of the four categories. Events and Offers are "sticky content" and will remain active until the through date. What's New and Product posts remain active for only 7 days.

Step 2 - Upload a photo or video to connect viewers with the post message. Click here for specifications for photos and video content.
Step 3 - Using up to 1,500 characters, provide a summary as a lead-in paragraph for your post followed by supporting information. The lead-in paragraph is what will be immediately visible to the viewer.
Step 4 - Choose a CALL TO ACTION button.
